Sen. Enang commends Nya-Etok for excellent, first class delivery of new FGN/Novone Dream Garden Estate
Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Ita Enang, has commended Arc Ezekiel Nya-Etok for the excellent and first class delivery of the new FGN/Novone Dream Garden Estate in Akwa Ibom State.
This was even as presidential aide described the secured, Serene and smart estate developed and built by Nya-Etok as the best among estates developed in Nigeria in recent years.
Enang gave the remark on Wednesday December 29, 2021, during an inspection tour of the newly built smart facility at Ikot Ntuen, Nsit Ibom local government area of the state.
According to Nya-Etok, the estate which is designed to accommodate both civil servants and private Individuals is coated with aesthetically appealing features and alluring apartments that guarantee the name “a smart home”.
Notably, the ultra-modern estate has good asphalted road networks, elaborate landscaping, complete water reticulation, overhead and ground tanks, fire hydrants,
CCTV cameras and lots more.
Enang, while appreciating the serene ambience and quality infrastructure of the estate, commended Nya-Etok for delivering excellence on the job and pleaded for peaceful maintenance of the estate by the potential occupants.
Earlier, while leading the Senator and his team around the estate, Arc. Nya-Etok revealed that the smart estate was designed to fit the present situation of the country where many people have to work from home, hence the presence of internet wifi connectivity that would server the estate and security cameras that would also monitor that estate for the safety of residents.
Nya-Etok, a renowned Nigerian architect and Housing Man of the Year (2014), also disclosed that the first phase of the project which consists of 50 units of 3 bedroom twin bungalows have been completed and are being sold out.
He expressed gratitude to the President Buhari-led administration for seeing the project to a successful completion, even as he prayed for continuity of more positive achievements by the administration.
