Lazarus Muoka: Chosen’s General Overseer storms Uyo for 2-Day power packed crusade
The General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, CRM, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, has arrived Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State Capital, for the third time in 13 years.
He arrived Victor Attah International Airport at about 7 pm on Thursday, 30th September, 2021 and was treated to arousing welcome by enthusiastic faithful who thronged the Airport to give the General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Movement a warm reception.
The leadership of the church in Akwa Ibom and some government officials were also on hand to receive the Lord’s Chosen General Official, including the Special Assistant to the Governor on Religious Matters, Mr. Akwatan, the Chairman, Ethical and Attitudinal Re-orientation Commission, EARCOM, Dr Dora Thompson and the Akwa Ibom State Pastor of the Church.
Pastor Lazarus Muoka is the state for a two-day power packed crusade tagged “God has Sworn to Bless You”.
The crusade is slated for Saturday, 2nd and Sunday, 3rd October, 2021 at the Unity Park along Udo Udoma Avenue, Uyo.
Addressing newsmen on his arrival, Pastor Lazarus Muoka said “God is working wonders in Akwa Ibom State”.
He described the theme of the crusade as apt, coming at a time Akwa Ibom people desire God’s blessing the most, adding that many souls will be touched and transformed during the crusade.
Pastor Muoka therefore urged Akwa Ibom people to avail themselves of the part of the the programme and be part of God’s blessing.
Earlier in her remarks, a senior member of the church, Mrs Dorathy Thompson said the visit is part of Pastor Lazarus Muoka’s nationwide Revival Tours States in the country.
Mrs Thompson noted that crusade has threefold mandate of Great Revival, Heavenly and one million souls mandate, stressing that religious conference features salvation, words ministration, healing and miracle.
She thanked GovernorUdom Emmanuel for maintaining peace in Akwa Ibom as well as providing support and enabling environment for the crusade to thrive.
