AFCON 2025Q: Super Eagles fly out to Benina for Libya battle

The Super Eagles have departed the country for their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match-day four encounter against the Mediterranean Knights of Libya.
The players and their officials left the country via a charted flight on Sunday morning.
The Super Eagles defeated the North Africans 1-0 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Friday.
Tuesday’s encounter will hold at the 10,000-capacity stadium in Benina, which is 19 kilometres from Benghazy.
The stadium has an artificial turf which might not be suitable for Nigeria’s foreign-based stars.
A win for Augustine Eguavoen’s side will see them secure a berth at the AFCON 2025 finals.
The highly anticipated encounter will kick-off at 8pm Nigeria time.
