Group hails Unyime Idem for quality representation, empowerment in Oruk Anam/Ukanafun

The Ukanafun Youth For Good Governance has expressed its appreciation for the member representing Oruk Anam/Ukanafun Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Unyime Idem, commending his outstanding representation and empowerment initiatives for his constituents.
In a statement released on Thursday and signed by National President Mr. Ediongsenyene Friday Ntekpe and Secretary Nsikan Ediongsenyene Idiong, the group highlighted Rep. Idem’s significant developmental contributions throughout the constituency.
They noted that his impressive track record over the past five years in the federal legislature has garnered him admiration and respect from constituents and beyond.
The group pointed to several key projects and initiatives led by Idem, including the establishment of a state-of-the-art vocational skills center with a 1,000-seat capacity, a digital e-learning center equipped with computers, and a solar-powered ICT learning facility.
They also praised his efforts in facilitating overseas training for youth in various professional fields, describing it as unprecedented in the constituency’s history.
The statement read: “Rep. Unyime Idem has also constructed classroom blocks in our schools, built roads, and improved many dilapidated roadways in our constituency. Furthermore, he has secured employment opportunities for our youth within Federal Government agencies.”
